济南芙蓉街历史文化街区商业空间保护与更新设计研究

Study on Protection and Renewal Design of Commercial Space in Furong Street Historical and Cultural District of Jinan

摘要: 历史文化街区蕴含着深厚的文化底蕴，是城市历史文化的标志性代表，能够体现城市文化氛围及活力特色。近几年，国家对历史文化街区的保护与更新工作不断加强，芙蓉街历史文化街区作为济南古老的传统商业街区，也正面临着功能结构失衡，设施老旧等问题。本文以芙蓉街历史文化街区为研究对象，针对其现存问题从泉文化、历史建筑、非物质文化遗产等方面对该历史文化街区的保护与更新提出建议。

Abstract: The historical and cultural district contains a profound cultural heritage and is an iconic representative of the city’s history and culture, which can reflect the city’s cultural atmosphere and vitality. In recent years, the state has continuously strengthened the protection and renewal of historical and cultural districts, and the Furong Street Historical and Cultural District, as an ancient traditional commercial block in Jinan, is also facing problems such as imbalance in functional structure and old facilities. This paper takes the Furong Street Historical and Cultural District as the research object, and puts forward suggestions for the protection and renewal of the historical and cultural district from the aspects of spring culture, historical buildings, and intangible cultural heritage.
