基于改进Shapley值法国际工程联合体项目利益分配研究
Research on Benefit Distribution of International Engineering Consortium Project Based on Improved Shapley Value Method
摘要: 国际工程项目一般采用联合体承包模式,多个企业合作完成项目,项目收益能否进行合理分配是影响联合体内部个体的合作绩效和项目成败的关键因素之一。Shapley值法多被应用于收益分配问题,传统Shapley值法仅考虑参与成员的边际贡献度,具有一定局限性。本文在传统Shapley值法的基础上,考虑贡献度和风险分担两个因素,结合合作博弈理论,建立多因素利益修正分配模型,分析经修正后的国际工程项目联盟收益分配形式,并以应用算例对该模型进行演算验证。结果表明:基于改进Shapley值法的国际工程联合体项目利益分配方式比单一考虑产权比例的利益分配方式更加合理。通过本文的研究,建议完善的国际工程联合体项目收益分配方式,旨在为国际工程项目合作顺利进行作出理论和实践贡献。
Abstract: International engineering projects generally adopt the mode of consortium contracting, and many enterprises cooperate to complete the project. Whether the project income can be distributed reasonably is one of the key factors affecting the cooperation performance of individuals within the consortium and the success or failure of the project. Shapley value method is mostly used in income distribution. Traditional Shapley value method only considers the marginal contribution of participating members, which has certain limitations. Based on the traditional Shapley value method, this paper considers the contribution degree and risk sharing, and combines the cooperative game theory to establish a multi-factor profit revised distribution model, analyzes the revised income distribution form of international engineering project alliance, and verifies the model with an application example. The results show that the benefit distribution mode of international engineering consortium project based on improved Shapley value method is more reasonable than that of single consideration of property right ratio. Through the research of this paper, the author suggests a perfect way of project income distribution of international engineering consortium, aiming at making theoretical and practical contributions to the smooth cooperation of international engineering projects.
