双胎妊娠合并牙龈瘤破裂大出血成功抢救一例报道
A Case Report of Twin Pregnancy Combined with Gingival Tumor Rupture and Hemorrhage with Successful Rescue
摘要: 双胎妊娠合并牙龈瘤不常见，妊娠期应当及时诊治，牙龈瘤破裂大出血危及生命时，需立即抢救，保障母儿健康。本文报道一例被成功抢救的双胎妊娠合并牙龈瘤破裂大出血的孕妇，分析其临床资料、手术治疗过程和预后情况，为产科医师诊断和治疗该病提供参考。
Abstract:
Gingivoma in twin pregnancies is uncommon, and should be diagnosed and treated in time during pregnancy. When gingivoma rupture and hemorrhage are life-threatening, immediate resuscitation is needed to protect the health of mother and child. In this paper, we report a case of gingival tumor rupture and hemorrhage in twin pregnancies, and analyze the clinical data, surgical treatment process and prognosis, so as to provide reference for obstetricians to diagnose and treat this disease.
