基于数据挖掘针刺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征经络取穴规律分析

Analysis of Meridian Selection Rules for Acupuncture Treatment of Diarrhea-Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on Data Mining

摘要: 目的：采用循证医学方法对针刺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的经络取穴规律进行分析，为临床使用提供参考方案。方法：应用计算机检索截止至2024年3月的文献，按照Cochrane系统文献质量评价方法进行随机对照法筛选，采用频数和频率对穴位出现进行描述，运用SPSS26.0进行统计分析。结果：共有24篇符合纳入标准的研究；十四经筛选统计总共出现37个穴位(前10位穴位依次为：天枢、足三里、上巨虚、太冲、三阴交、脾俞、大肠俞、中脘、公孙、内关)，分属10条经脉(膀胱经、任脉、脾经 > 督脉 > 大肠经、肝经、胃经 > 心包经、小肠经、心经)。结论：腹泻型肠易激综合征针刺治疗穴位多选用背俞穴、募穴、下合穴；常用足太阳膀胱经、任脉、足太阴脾经。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the selection of meridians and acupoints for acupuncture treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome by evidence-based medicine, so as to provide a reference scheme for clinic. Methods: The computer was used to search the literature up to March 2024 and the random control method was used to screen according to the Cochrane system literature quality evaluation method. The frequency of acupoints was described, and SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 24 studies met the inclusion criteria; Fourteen screening statistics show that there are 37 acupoints in total (the top 10 acupoints are: Tianshu, Zusanli, Shangjuxu, Taichong, Sanyinjiao, Pishu, Dachangshu, Zhongwan, Gongsun and Neiguan), which belong to 10 meridians (bladder meridians, Ren meridians, spleen meridians > Du Meridians > large intestine meridians, liver meridians, stomach meridians, pericardium meridians, small intestine meridians and heart meridians). Conclusion: Most of the acupuncture points for diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome are Beishu, Mu and Xiahe. It is commonly used in the foot Taiyang bladder meridian, the Ren pulse and the foot taiyin spleen meridian.
