慢性阻塞性肺疾病出院准备度的研究进展
Advances in Readiness for Hospital Discharge in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
摘要: 从出院准备度的概念、COPD患者再入院与出院准备度之间的关系、出院准备度评估工具及影响患者出院准备度的因素展开，总结当前针对COPD患者出院准备度的临床实践。为医护人员完善COPD患者的出院准备方案制定提供参考依据。
Abstract: This review discusses the concept of discharge readiness, the relationship between discharge readiness and readmission rates among patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), assessment tools for discharge readiness, and factors affecting discharge readiness. It summarizes current clinical practices targeted at enhancing discharge readiness for COPD patients. This review serves as a reference for healthcare providers to refine discharge planning for COPD patients.
