乡村振兴战略下农村家庭养老困境及对策探析

Analysis on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Rural Family Pension under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 作为社会主义现代化建设整体战略重要组成部分，全面推进乡村振兴战略关乎农村老年人的美好生活质量与健康老龄化成效。在乡村振兴战略下，农村家庭养老内生动力得到增强、外部环境得到优化，同时促进农村家庭养老服务高质量发展是乡村振兴的必然要求。在日益严峻的人口老龄化背景下，农村家庭养老致力于解决农村地区的家庭养老问题，与农村家庭的幸福感紧密相关，直接关系到农民的重大利益。但是作为农村主要养老模式的家庭养老在发展过程中暴露出经济供养不足、生活照料缺乏、精神关怀有限等方面的问题。伴随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进，应通过构建现代乡村产业体系以增强农村家庭养老的经济基础，推进农村家庭养老服务支持体系建设以加强农村老年人生活照料，大力营造敬老养老社会氛围以加强农村老年人精神关怀，让农村老年人安享有保障、有质量、有活力的幸福晚年。

Abstract: As an important part of the overall strategy of socialist modernization, comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy is related to the quality of life and the effectiveness of healthy aging of the rural elderly. Under the strategy of rural revitalization, the endogenous power of rural family pension is enhanced, the external environment is optimized, and the high-quality development of rural family pension services is an inevitable requirement of rural revitalization. Under the background of increasingly severe population aging, rural family pension is committed to solving the problem of family pension in rural areas, which is closely related to the happiness of rural families and directly related to the major interests of farmers. However, as the main pension model in rural areas, family pension has exposed problems such as insufficient economic support, lack of life care, and limited spiritual care in the development process. With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, we should strengthen the economic foundation of rural family pension by building a modern rural industrial system, promote the construction of rural family pension service support system to strengthen the life care of the elderly in rural areas, and vigorously create a social atmosphere of respecting the elderly to strengthen the spiritual care of the elderly in rural areas, so that the elderly in rural areas can enjoy a happy old age with security, quality and vitality.
