积极老龄化视域下社区老年教育的困境与应对路径
The Dilemma and Response Path of Community Elderly Education from the Perspective of Active Aging
摘要: 随着社会的快速发展,人口数量的不断增加,传统的养老教育模式已不能适应社会对老年人生活的需要,因此,推动社区老年教育这一积极老龄化的重要措施,势在必行。新时期对教育质量,结构,公平等方面的要求,保障所有人都能享受终身学习的权利,已经成为全球教育改革的风向标。虽然我国社区老年教育经过多年发展有了长足进步,但还存在很多问题,应从教育的内容方式,体制机制建设等方面着手推进社区老年教育发展和积极老龄化的推进。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of the times and the increasing scale of elderly people, traditional elderly education methods can no longer meet the needs of the majority of elderly people in China. It is necessary to accelerate the promotion of community elderly education as one of the important measures for active aging. The new era has put forward new requirements for the quality, structure, and fairness of education, ensuring the right of everyone to enjoy lifelong learning has become a benchmark for global education reform. Although community elderly education in China has made significant progress after years of development, there are still many problems that need to be addressed. Efforts should be made to promote the development of community elderly education and actively promote aging from the aspects of educational content, system and mechanism construction.
