社区养老服务中的多方协作机制研究——以社区食堂为例

Research on Multi-Party Collaboration Mechanism in Community Elderly Services—Taking Community Canteens as an Example

摘要: 为实现社区养老服务模式的健康持续发展应采取多方协作机制。本文以社区养老服务模式中的核心组成部分——社区食堂为研究对象，探讨了社区食堂在运营中运用多方协作机制破解困难的路径，以此为例论证在社区养老服务模式中运用多方协作机制的必要性，并探究了在社区养老服务模式中完善多方协作机制的对策。

Abstract: In order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the community elderly service model, a multi-party collaborative mechanism should be adopted. This paper takes the community canteen, which is the core component of the community elderly service model, as the research object, discusses the path of using multi-party collaboration mechanism to solve the difficulties in the operation of the community canteen, as an example to demonstrate the necessity of utilizing the multi-party collaboration mechanism in the community elderly service model and explores the measures to improve the multi-party collaboration mechanism in the community elderly service model. It also explores the countermeasures to improve the multi-party collaboration mechanism to realize the healthy and sustainable development of community elderly service model.
