郑氏3号熏洗药治疗前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节粘连的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Zheng’s No. 3 Fumigation Lotion in the Treatment of Knee Adhesion after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

摘要: 目的：观察郑氏3号熏洗药治疗膝前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节粘连的临床疗效。方法：选取2023年2月1日~2023年12月30日成都体育学院附属体育医院运动性伤病科收治的膝前交叉韧带重建术后患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组30例，对照组30例。所有患者术后在常规康复训练的基础上，实验组患者术后2周使用郑氏3号熏洗药对膝关节进行熏洗治疗，而对照组患者术后2周使用模拟剂进行熏洗治疗。分别记录两组患者(熏洗前、熏洗1月后，熏洗3月后)三个时段的膝关节活动度及膝关节视觉模拟(VAS)评分情况。结果：两组患者均顺利完成手术，且无明显并发症。两组患者熏洗前的膝关节活动度(主动屈曲范围、伸展范围)及膝关节视觉模拟(VAS)评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，但在熏洗1月后，熏洗3月后的膝关节活动度(主动屈曲范围、伸展范围)及膝关节视觉模拟(VAS)较术前均有所增加，而且实验组比对照组增加得更明显，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：郑氏3号熏洗药对膝前交叉韧带重建术后膝关节粘连有一定的防治作用，并能较好地缓解膝关节粘连的形成。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zheng’s No. 3 fumigation medicine in the treatment of knee joint adhesion after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: A total of 60 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction admitted to the Department of Sports Injury and Injury of Sports Hospital Affiliated to Chengdu University of Sport from February 1, 2023 to December 30, 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). On the basis of routine rehabilitation training, the experimental group was treated with Zheng’s No. 3 fumigation medicine 2 weeks after operation, while the control group was treated with simulant fumigation medicine 2 weeks after operation. The range of motion of knee joint and visual analogue scale (VAS) score of knee joint were recorded before fumigation, 1 month after fumigation and 3 months after fumigation. Results: All patients successfully completed the operation without obvious complications. There was no significant difference in the knee joint range of motion (active flexion range, extension range) and visual analogue scale (VAS) score between the two groups before fuming and washing (P > 0.05), but the knee joint range of motion (active flexion range, extension range) and visual analogue scale (VAS) score after 1 month and 3 months of fuming and washing were increased compared with those before operation. And the experimental group increased more significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Zheng’s No.3 fumigating and washing medicine has a certain prevention and treatment effect on knee joint adhesion after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and can alleviate the formation of knee joint adhesion.
