Abstract: COVID-19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, can cause mild to severe infection in humans, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection with a wide range of clinical manifestations, from asymptomatic to symptomatic, including respiratory symptoms, fever, shortness of breath, cough, dyspnea and viral pneumonia, in severe cases, including pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, heart failure, kidney failure, and even death. However, the leading cause of death associated with COVID-19 was respiratory failure, followed by septic shock, renal failure, bleeding, and heart failure. To contain this epidemic, correct diagnosis using rapid techniques plays a vital role. Recently, the serological and immunological changes of COVID-19 have received much attention.
