基于医养结合模式的我国农村智慧养老发展研究

摘要: 当下正处于一个“豹变”的时代，乡村振兴背景下，我国农村养老进入新的发展阶段，日益增加的养老服务、养老模式等需求对当下我国传统养老模式、养老资源、养老条件等发展不平衡、不充分提出挑战。新挑战孕育新模式，以医养结合赋能农村养老、将智慧化嵌入农村养老服务体系，既积极应对了农村养老现实矛盾，也抓住了“豹变”时代下推动农村社会治理水平发展的机遇，基于医养结合模式的农村智慧养老就是在这种背景下产生的新型养老模式。本文基于我国农村地区养老发展现状与养老不出村、享老不离家的美好愿景，厘清医养结合与智慧养老两条路径，并对基于“医养结合”的农村智慧养老服务模式进行研究，在医养结合视域下探讨我国智慧养老服务体系的优化路径，以期破除农村智慧养老的现实阻梗。

Abstract: At present, it is in an era of “leopard change”. Under the background of rural revitalization, China’s rural pension has entered a new stage of development. The increasing demand for old-age services and pension model challenges the unbalanced and inadequate development of China’s traditional old-age model, pension resources and pension conditions. New challenges breeds new mode, with medical combined fu can rural endowment, the wisdom embedded in rural endowment service system, both actively deal with the rural endowment reality contradiction, also seized the “leopard” era under the opportunity to promote the development of rural social governance level, based on the medical combination mode of rural wisdom endowment is in this background of new pension mode. This paper is based on the present situation of rural pension development and pension not out of the village, enjoy the old don’t home beautiful vision, clarify the medical have combination and wisdom endowment two path, and based on “d combination” rural wisdom endowment service mode, in the medical combined horizon explore wisdom optimization path of pension service system in China, in order to break the reality of rural wisdom endowment.
