摘要: 农村养老问题是重要的民生工作内容，助力农村养老事业是实施乡村振兴战略过程中的关键任务。当前，乡村振兴背景下农村养老事业面临老年人养老意识淡薄、养老设施不足、服务体系不完善、机构养老发展进程缓慢等问题，对此，通过发展乡村经济产业以筑牢农村养老基础、完善农村养老机构建设并构建新型农村养老模式、推进乡村人才振兴以加强农村养老队伍建设等措施推动农村养老事业发展，全面提升农村老年人养老生活质量。

Abstract: The rural pension problem is an important part of people’s livelihood, and helping the rural pension business is a key task in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy. At present, the rural pension business in the context of rural revitalization is faced with problems such as low awareness of the elderly pension, insufficient pension facilities, imperfect service system, slow development of institutional pension, etc. In this regard, through the development of the rural economy and industry in order to build a solid foundation for the rural pension, improve the construction of the rural pension institutions and build a new model of the rural pension, and promote the revitalization of the rural talent in order to strengthen the rural pension team construction and other measures to promote the development of the rural pension business, and comprehensively enhance the quality of life of the elderly.
