中国式现代化视域下人口老龄化问题的路径探析

摘要: 中国式现代化不仅是人口规模巨大的现代化，同样也是老龄人口规模巨大的现代化，我国正处在老龄化加速发展与现代化建设稳步推进相叠加的新发展阶段。改革开放以后随着我国经济的快速发展，我国人口再生产已向现代型转变，人口老龄化程度加剧。本文结合人口老龄化的现状，阐明了人口年龄结构变动、人口迁移、社会经济发展对于人口老龄化的影响。并探索应对我国人口老龄化问题的路径。一是坚持以人民为中心的价值导向；二是不断改善人口结构；三是弘扬孝文化、调整家庭养老模式；四是重新定位老年人自身价值。

Abstract: Chinese-style modernization is not only the modernization of the huge size of the population, but also the modernization of the huge size of the aging population. China is in a new stage of development in which the accelerated development of aging is superimposed on the steady advancement of modernization construction. With the rapid development of China’s economy after reform and opening up, China’s population has been transformed into a modern model, and the degree of population aging has intensified. Based on the current situation of population aging, this paper illustrates the influence of population age structure change, population migration and social and economic development on population aging. And explore the path to deal with the problem of aging population in our country. First, adhere to the people-centered value orientation; The second is to continuously improve the population structure; The third is to carry forward the filial piety culture and adjust the family pension model; The fourth is to reorient the value of the elderly.
