“双碳”背景下东风公司ESG表现及提升路径研究

Study on the ESG Performance and Promotion Path of Dongfeng Company under the Background of “Double Carbon”

摘要: 党的二十大报告指出，我国生态文明建设的战略任务是推进“双碳”目标，以实现可持续发展。ESG作为衡量企业可持续发展能力的综合评价体系，与“双碳”目标不谋而合，提高上市公司的ESG表现对我国经济社会的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文深入探讨了汽车企业东风公司在环境、社会和治理三方面的ESG表现，并与国内外主流的ESG评级体系进行了对比分析。研究发现，尽管东风公司在ESG领域取得了一定进展，但与先进标准相比仍存在不足。为此，本文从公司和政府两个层面提出了提升东风公司ESG表现的路径。

Abstract: The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that, the strategic task of our country’s ecological civilization construction is to promote the “Double carbon” target to achieve sustainable development. ESG, as a comprehensive evaluation system to measure the sustainable development ability of enterprises, coincides with the goal of “Double carbon”. Improving the ESG performance of listed companies is of great significance to the sustainable development of our country’s economy and society. This paper discusses the ESG performance of Dongfeng in Environment, Society and Governance, and compares it with the mainstream ESG rating system at home and abroad. The research found that although Dongfeng Company in the ESG Field has made some progress, but compared with the advanced standards there are still deficiencies. To this end, this paper from the corporate and government level of two proposed ways to improve the performance of Dongfeng ESG.
