一种基于B/S架构的质量信息管理系统设计方案研究
Research on a Design Scheme of Quality Information Management System Based on B/S Architecture
摘要: 质量信息管理是企业基础信息管理系统之一,在质量策划、过程质量监督、体系审核和文档管理等业务上发挥着不可替代的作用。本文提出了一种基于B/S架构的质量信息管理系统设计方案,梳理了系统功能要求、性能要求和操作界面要求,基于“PDCA”方法,提出了策划、实施、检查和改进等四大功能模块,并给出了数据接入、质量事件发现和评估报告生成等关键功能的实现方法,厘清了系统内外部接口关系,对不同规模企业开展质量信息管理系统建设具有一定参考价值。
Abstract:
Quality information management is one of the fundamental information management systems in enterprises, playing an irreplaceable role in quality planning, process quality supervision, system auditing, and document management. This article proposes a design scheme for a quality information management system based on the B/S architecture, which outlines the system’s functional requirements, performance requirements, and operational interface requirements. Based on the “PDCA” method, four major functional modules are proposed, including planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement. The implementation methods of key functions such as data access, quality event discovery, and evaluation report generation are also provided, clarifying the internal and external interface relationships of the system. This has certain reference value for enterprises of different scales to carry out quality information management system construction.
