探究pH对酶活性影响的实验创新
Innovative Experiments Investigating the Impact of pH on Enzyme Activity
摘要: 通过创新性地将医用鲁尔两通阀和注射器联合使用,对原有的实验装置进行改进,开展“pH对过氧化氢酶活性的影响”的定量探究实验。直观地展现出在不同pH条件下过氧化氢分解时产生氧气的速率。实验装置改进后具有操作简便,实验现象直观且明显,可定性定量结合等特点,利于开展以核心概念为主的实验教学,发展生物学学科核心素养。
Abstract:
Through the innovative combined use of medical Ruhr two-way valve and syringe, the original experimental device was improved to carry out a quantitative exploration experiment of “the effect of pH on catalase activity”. It intuitively shows the rate at which oxygen is produced when hydrogen peroxide is decomposed at different pH conditions. After the improvement, the experimental equipment has the characteristics of simple operation, intuitive and obvious experimental phenomena, qualitative and quantitative combination, etc., which is conducive to carrying out the experimental teaching based on core concepts and developing the core literacy of biology.
