PEST-SWOT Analysis Based on Sustainable Development of County Sports Tourism

摘要: 本文采用PEST-SWOT分析框架，对青阳县体育旅游的可持续发展进行了全面而深入的分析。通过PEST分析，我们详细探讨了政治、经济、社会和技术四个维度对青阳县体育旅游的影响。通过SWOT分析，我们识别了青阳县体育旅游的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。基于以上分析得出一系列建议：首先，青阳县应充分利用自身优势，抓住市场机遇，加强品牌建设，提升服务质量，以满足游客的多样化需求。其次，针对劣势和威胁，青阳县应加大投资力度，改善基础设施，加强环境保护和安全管理，提高综合竞争力。同时，积极应对外部竞争压力，加强与其他地区的合作与交流，共同推动体育旅游产业的健康、稳定、可持续发展。在未来的发展中，青阳县应结合自身实际情况，制定科学合理的发展规划，确保体育旅游产业的持续繁荣和进步。

Abstract: This article uses the PEST-SWOT analysis framework to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the sustainable development of sports tourism in Qingyang County. Through PEST analysis, we explored in detail the impact of the four dimensions of politics, economy, society and technology on sports tourism in Qingyang County. Through SWOT analysis, we identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of sports tourism in Qingyang County. Based on the above analysis, a series of recommendations are drawn: First, Qingyang County should make full use of its own advantages, seize market opportunities, strengthen brand building, and improve service quality to meet the diverse needs of tourists. Secondly, in response to disadvantages and threats, Qingyang County should increase investment, improve infrastructure, strengthen environmental protection and safety management, and improve comprehensive competitiveness. At the same time, we should actively respond to external competitive pressures, strengthen cooperation and exchanges with other regions, and jointly promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of the sports tourism industry. In future development, Qingyang County should formulate scientific and reasonable development plans based on its own actual conditions to ensure the continued prosperity and progress of the sports tourism industry.
