A Study on Sports Injury Rehabilitation in Badminton Players

摘要: 随着“全民健身计划纲要”等相关政策的实施，以及奥运会、亚运会、全运会、世锦赛等多项赛事的举办，和“林丹”、“李宗伟”等体育偶像的影响，我国兴起了一股羽毛球运动的热潮，致使大量体育爱好者投身于羽毛球运动之中，而羽毛球运动员在训练和比赛中不可避免的就会引发各类损伤。本文旨在探讨运动员损伤后的康复措施，分析运动员在运动中造成损伤的影响因素，有针对地预防损伤，并对损伤后的康复提供指导性建议，通过及时、有效的康复训练，可以帮助运动员快速恢复健康，减少因伤病导致的训练中断和比赛缺席，从而保障他们的职业前景。因此，对羽毛球运动员运动损伤的康复研究也就尤为重要。

Abstract: With the implementation of relevant policies such as the “Outline of the National Fitness Plan”, as well as the holding of many events such as the Olympic Games, the Asian Games, the National Games, and the World Championships, as well as the influence of sports idols such as “Lin Dan” and “Li Zongwei”, a wave of badminton has emerged in China, resulting in a large number of sports enthusiasts devoting themselves to badminton, and badminton players will inevitably cause various injuries in training and competitions. The purpose of this article is to discuss the rehabilitation measures of athletes after injury, analyze the influencing factors of athletes who cause injuries in sports, prevent injuries in a targeted manner, and provide guiding suggestions for rehabilitation after injuries. Therefore, research on the rehabilitation of sports injuries in badminton players is particularly important.
