老年数字鸿沟的社会工作方法介入研究

摘要: 数字鸿沟对老龄化社会的渗入逐渐加深，老年群体如何跨越数字鸿沟提升自身福祉成为迫切解决的问题。本文基于社会支持理论，通过对老年数字鸿沟的问题界定、社会支持网评估和需求分析，发现老年群体在数字鸿沟背景下，面临心理与生理上的诸多挑战；进一步地，探讨社会工作的个案工作、小组工作、社区工作介入如何为老年群体提供帮助与构建社会支持网，缓解老年群体在数字鸿沟冲击下受到的影响，助力老年群体跨越数字鸿沟，并提升老年群体的数字使用技能与知识。本文为政府进一步解决老年数字鸿沟问题提供决策参考，助力老年人在数字时代“老有所安”。

Abstract: The penetration of the digital divide into the aging society is gradually deepening, and how to bridge the digital divide and improve their well-being has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the social support theory, through the problem definition, social support network assessment and demand analysis of the elderly digital divide, it is found that the elderly group faces many psychological and physical challenges under the background of the digital divide. Furthermore, it discusses how the intervention of case work, group work and community work can provide help and build social support network for the elderly group, alleviate the impact of the elderly group under the impact of the digital divide, help the elderly group cross the digital divide, and improve the digital skills and knowledge of the elderly group. This paper provides decision-making reference for the government to further solve the problem of digital divide in the elderly, and helps the elderly to “have a secure old age” in the digital era.
