基于CiteSpace的中国近十年老年人再就业研究现状、热点及趋势分析

Research Status, Hot Spots and Trends Analysis on the Re-Employment of the Elderly in China in the Past Decade Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 我国是世界上老年人口最多的国家，随着老年人口的逐年扩大，劳动力短缺问题凸显。老年人再就业问题受到各界关注。本文利用CiteSpace软件分析老年人再就业领域的论文发文量、研究作者和关键词，明晰近十年老年人再就业的发展现状、研究热点及未来趋势，针对老年人就业问题提出建议，以期为我国针对人口老龄化制定政策提供一定参考。

Abstract: China is the world’s largest elderly population of countries, with the elderly population expanding year by year, the problem of labor shortage highlights. The problem of re-employment of the elderly has attracted the attention of all walks of life. Using CiteSpace software, this paper analyzes the number of documents, study authors and key words in the field of elderly reemployment, clear the development status, hot spots and future trends of elderly reemployment in the past ten years, and puts forward some suggestions in view of elderly employment, in order to provide some reference for our country to formulate policy on population aging.
