我国青少年校园暴力犯罪的成因及对策研究

Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of Violent Crimes in China’s Juvenile Schools

摘要: 我国青少年校园暴力形势十分严峻，现阶段，如何预防并处遇校园暴力亟待解决。造成青少年校园暴力犯罪频发的原因主要在于青少年自身生理因素和心理因素的影响、父母监护人责任偏轻、校园警务机制不完善、影视作品分级制度空白以及有关校园暴力的法律法规健全性不足。因此，应当完善我国青少年校园暴力犯罪的法律预防体系：建立多方联动治理制度，加强父母监护人责任，完善校园警务机制，构建影视作品分级法律制度，完善校园暴力法律制度。

Abstract: The situation of juvenile violence in schools in China is very serious, and at this stage, how to prevent and deal with violence in schools needs to be solved urgently. The reasons for the frequent occurrence of juvenile campus violence crimes mainly lie in the influence of juveniles’ own physiological and psychological factors, the light responsibility of parents and guardians, the imperfection of campus policing mechanisms, the blankness of film and television classification system and the insufficiency of the soundness of laws and regulations on campus violence. Therefore, we should improve the legal prevention system of juvenile school violence crimes in China: establish a multi-party joint management system, strengthen the responsibility of parents and guardians, improve the campus police mechanism, build a legal system for grading film and television productions, and improve the legal system of school violence.
