摘要: 随着社会的迅猛发展和数字化浪潮的席卷，未成年人隐私权保护问题愈发显得至关重要且刻不容缓。保障未成年人的隐私权，不仅关乎他们个人的尊严与健康成长，更是构建文明社会、实现国家长远发展的基石。然而，当前未成年人隐私权保护正面临着多重现实困境，家庭内部往往缺乏对隐私权的足够重视，基层立法在未成年人隐私权保护方面尚存不足，而社会协同机制也亟待完善。为应对这些挑战，需要从观念、法律、社会三个层面着手，全面完善未成年人隐私权保护的路径，即通过提升全社会的隐私权保护意识，完善相关法律法规，建立健全的社会协同机制，从而为未成年人的健康成长和国家的长远发展提供坚实的保障。

Abstract: With the rapid development of society and the wave of digitization, the protection of minors’ privacy rights is becoming more and more crucial and urgent. Protecting minors’ rights is not only a matter of their personal dignity and healthy growth but also a cornerstone for building a civilized society and achieving long-term national development. However, the protection of minors’ privacy rights is currently facing multiple realities, often lacking sufficient attention to the privacy rights within the family, the grassroots legislation on the protection of minors’ privacy rights is still imperfect, and the social coordination mechanism also needs to be improved. In order to meet these challenges, it is necessary to comprehensively improve the path of protecting minors’ privacy rights from the conceptual, legal and social levels, that is, by raising the awareness of privacy protection in society as a whole, improving the relevant laws and regulations, and establishing a sound social coordination mechanism, in order to provide a solid safeguard for the healthy growth of minors and the long-term development of the country.
