Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the accuracy of QFR in patients with non-obstructive coronary artery with atrial fibrillation. Methods: A total of 40 patients with atrial fibrillation and 80 patients without atrial fibrillation were included in this study. QFR and AMR values of left anterior descending branch (LAD), left circumflex branch (LCX) and right coronary artery (RCA) were measured respectively in the two groups for statistical analysis. Results: There were no significant differences in QFR values of left anterior descending branch, left circumflex branch and right coronary artery between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the microvascular resistance of left circumflex branch in the study group was significantly increased (P = 0.007), and the microvascular resistance of left anterior descending branch and right coronary artery in the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The accuracy of QFR in patients with non-obstructive coronary artery with atrial fibrillation needs further investigation.
