基于改进平衡计分卡的社区团购企业物流绩效评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Logistics Performance of Community Group-Buying Enterprises Based on Improved Balanced Scorecard

摘要: 随着社区团购的不断发展和市场竞争的不断加剧，社区团购物流的重要性日渐显现，其物流绩效评价也变得更加重要。本文分析了社区团购企业的物流特点以及物流业务存在的问题，在传统的平衡计分卡的基础上，为了使得指标的选取更加具有合理性，增加了商品质量层面，运用改进的平衡计分卡来建立物流绩效指标评价体系。通过分析指标的特点，选用AHP-模糊综合评价法来进行物流绩效综合评价。本文采用M公司社区团购进行实证分析，得到了物流绩效评价结果，并分析了原因，提出了提升物流绩效建议。实践表明，这种方法是可行的，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract: With the continuous development of community group-buying and the intensification of market competition, the importance of community group-buying logistics is becoming more and more obvious, and the evaluation of its logistics performance has become more important. This paper analyzes the logistics characteristics of community group-buying enterprises and the problems existing in the logistics business, on the basis of the traditional balanced scorecard, in order to make the selection of indicators more reasonable, increase the level of commodity quality, and use the improved balanced scorecard to establish the evaluation system of logistics performance indicators. By analyzing the characteristics of the indicators, AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen to carry out comprehensive evaluation of logistics performance. In this paper, the empirical analysis is carried out by using the community group purchase of Company M. The results of logistics performance evaluation are obtained, and the reasons are analyzed, and suggestions for improving logistics performance are put forward. Practice shows that this method is feasible and has certain practical significance.
