打造固废循环经济产业园实现园区物质流、能量流循环利用——以杭州临江循环经济(静脉)产业园为例
Build a Solid Waste Circular Economy Industrial Park to Realize the Recycling of Material Flow and Energy Flow in the Park—Taking Hangzhou Linjiang Circular Economy (Venous) Industrial Park as an Example
摘要: 现如今经济社会高速发展,环境问题日益受到重视,固废处理作为城市环境保护重要基础工作之一,对于城市环保目标的实现具有举足轻重的作用。中国各大城市现有的固废处理设施从规模和功能上较为单一,且垃圾资源化利用仍处于起步阶段,缺乏系统性的资源化处置,难以适应现行城镇化发展进程的需要。杭州临江循环经济(静脉)产业园,通过上下游产业之间的耦合,提升各类固体废物的处置效率和下游产品附加值,提高资源和物料的利用率,实现物料有效循环,凸显土地集约利用,管理高效整合的优势。
Abstract:
Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy and society, environmental issues have received increasing attention. As one of the important basic work of urban environmental protection, solid waste treatment plays a pivotal role in the realization of urban environmental protection goals. The existing solid waste treatment facilities in China's major cities are relatively simple in scale and function, and the resource utilization of waste is still in its infancy, and the lack of systematic resource disposal is difficult to meet the needs of the current urbanization development process. Hangzhou Linjiang Circular Economy (Venous) Industrial Park, through the coupling between upstream and downstream industries, improves the disposal efficiency of various solid wastes and the added value of downstream products, improves the utilization rate of resources and materials, realizes the effective recycling of materials, and highlights the advantages of intensive land use and efficient integration of management.
