数字经济对产业结构升级的影响——基于中国省份的证据

The Impact of Digital Economy on Industrial Structure Upgrading—Based on Evidence from Chinese Provinces

摘要: 信息技术的迅猛进步催生了数字经济，它已逐渐成为促进全球经济扩展的关键动力。本文利用2011~2022年中国30个省份的面板数据，从数字基建水平、数字产业规模以及数字普惠金融发展水平三个维度并利用熵权法构建数字经济综合评价指标，通过双向固定效应模型验证了数字经济对产业结构优化升级的推动作用。结果如下：数字经济能够显著促进地区产业结构优化升级，且这一影响机制在我国不同区域的作用程度各不相同，对经济较发达的东部地区推动作用最大。据此，我国应加强提高数字基建水平，不同区域需要因地制宜地设计相关经济政策，推动产业结构的转型升级。

Abstract: The rapid progress of information technology has given birth to the digital economy, which has gradually become a key driving force to promote the expansion of the global economy. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index of the digital economy from three dimensions: the level of digital infrastructure, the scale of digital industry and the development level of digital inclusive finance, and uses the entropy weight method to verify the role of the digital economy in promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure through the two-way fixed effect model. The results are as follows: the digital economy can significantly promote the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure, and the effect of this influence mechanism is different in different regions of our country, and has the most effect on the economically developed eastern region. Therefore, China should strengthen the level of digital infrastructure, different regions need to design relevant economic policies according to local conditions, and promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
