摘要: 跨境代购型走私虽然并非新型的犯罪，但随着近年来的留学热潮、大湾区的经济建设和快速发展呈现出了较强的增长态势，有了区别于其他走私犯罪的特征。其与人们的日常生活关联性最大，模式也更为隐蔽，涉及的范围较为广泛，对区域经济秩序和社会稳定构成严重威胁。因此，对G省跨境代购型走私犯罪进行深入研究，对于维护区域经济秩序和社会稳定具有重要意义。本文旨在分析G省跨境代购型走私犯罪的现状和特点；探讨走私犯罪的成因和影响危害；提出有效的打击和防控策略。

Abstract: Although cross-border purchasing smuggling is not a new type of crime, it has shown a strong growth trend in recent years with the boom of studying abroad, the economic construction and rapid development of the Greater Bay Area, and has characteristics that are different from other smuggling crimes. It is most closely related to people’s daily lives, has a more hidden pattern, and covers a wide range of areas, posing a serious threat to regional economic order and social stability. Therefore, in-depth research on cross-border purchasing smuggling crimes in G Province is of great significance for maintaining regional economic order and social stability. This article aims to analyze the current situation and characteristics of cross-border purchasing smuggling crimes in G Province, explore the causes and impacts of smuggling crimes, and propose effective combat and prevention strategies.
