OBE理念下《中学数学课程与教学论》课程教学现状调研及教学策略探究——以湖南人文科技学院为例

摘要: 成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,简称OBE)已成为现代高等教育改革的主流理念。该理念强调以学生的学习成果为导向来开展教学活动,重视学生主动获取知识及老师的引导和启发作用。文章以湖南人文科技学院为例,针对《中学数学课程与教学论》课程教学现状、师范生学习效果、用人单位对师范生能力需求展开调研,对调研结果进行分析,明确本课程教学的不足之处,并基于OBE理念为《中学数学课程与教学论》课程教学改革实施举措提出合理建议。
Abstract: Outcome-Based Education (Outcome-Based Education, abbreviation OBE) has become the mainstream idea of modern higher education reform. The concept emphasizes that teaching activities should be guided by students’ learning results, and students’ initiative to acquire knowledge and teachers’ guiding and inspiring role should be emphasized. The article takes Hunan College of Humanities and Science and Technology as an example, based on the teaching status of “Middle School Mathematics Curriculum and Teaching Theory”, the learning effect of normal university students, and the employer’s demand for normal university students’ ability, based on the analysis of the investigation results; the shortcomings of this course are clarified, and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the curriculum reform of Middle School Mathematics Curriculum and Teaching Theory based on the OBE concept.
