积极老龄化背景下农村幸福院养老模式的困境及优化路径

The Dilemma and Optimization Path of the Elderly Care Model in Rural Happy Homes under the Background of Active Aging

摘要: 随着我国老龄化程度的加深，探索积极的养老模式成为社会的首要问题之一。老龄化程度较深的农村如何保障村内老人的老年幸福生活，幸福院养老模式为农村开展互助养老提供了多元选择。幸福院养老模式作为互助养老的典型模式，仍存在诸多问题，如规章制度体系不完善、财政资金支持不到位、幸福院运营管理不规范、幸福院专业设备设施较少。通过完善农村养老制度、拓宽幸福院资金来源、提升幸福院服务管理水平为幸福院的改进与提升提供策略，以期提升幸福院养老实效。

Abstract: With the deepening of China’s aging population, exploring active elderly care models has become one of the top social issues. How to ensure the elderly’s happy life in rural areas with a deep degree of aging, and the happiness home elderly care model provides multiple choices for rural mutual assistance elderly care. As a typical model of mutual aid elderly care, the happiness home elderly care model still has many problems, such as incomplete regulatory system, insufficient financial support, non-standard operation and management of the happiness home, and limited professional equipment and facilities. By improving the rural elderly care system, expanding the funding sources of happiness homes, and enhancing the service management level of happiness homes, we provide strategies for the improvement and enhancement of happiness homes, in order to enhance the effectiveness of elderly care in happiness homes.
