Abstract: Reading abilities, as one of the advanced functions of the human brain, is also an important part of individual language processing. The neural mechanism of reading abilities has always been an important subject of cognitive science. With the development of cognitive science and technology in recent years, more and more brain science and technology have begun to be applied to the research of this subject. Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is one of the relatively new technologies. This article combs and summarizes the existing articles that use this technology to study reading ability, and makes a certain prospect for the future use of this technology to study reading abilities.
