细支烟卷烟纸宽度对烟条成形质量的影响研究

摘要: 为解决细支卷接设备在生产过程中存在搭口处乳胶溢出、乳胶粘黏烟丝等问题，本文以细支GD121机型为例，从卷烟纸宽度着手，通过模型建立、数据分析等，查找出卷烟纸宽度对烟条成形质量的影响，为企业选用合适宽度的卷烟纸提供科学的决策依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of latex overflow at the lap and latex sticking to tobacco during the production process of thin cigarette winding equipment, this article takes the GD121 model as an example, starting from the width of cigarette paper, and through model establishment and data analysis, finds out the influence of cigarette paper width on the quality of cigarette stick formation, providing scientific decision-making basis for enterprises to choose appropriate width cigarette paper.
