摘要: 根据《贵州电网公司计量专业重点工作事项》工作要求,进一步深化“同期线损”管理,有效提升管理水平,实现10千伏及以下有损线损率连续五年降低。各类电能计量终端综合自动抄表率实现99.5%及以上,考核表电子化结算率实现99.8%及以上,完成此目标相当困难。笔者认为,通过研制“一种便携式多功能计量终端调试装置”进行现场调试,才能提高计量终端的自动抄表率,使其高效、高质量地开展同期线损异常处置工作,促使顺利完成管理目标。
Abstract: By the requirements of “Key Work Items of the Metering Specialty in Guizhou Electric Power Company”, the management of “line loss in the same period” shall be further deepened, the management level shall be effectively raised, and the rate of line loss below 10 KV shall be reduced for five consecutive years. The integrated automatic meter reading rate of all kinds of electric energy measurement terminals is 99.5% or above, and the electronic settlement rate of the examination table is 99.8% or above, which is very difficult to achieve. In the author’s opinion, only by developing “a portable multi-functional metering terminal debugging device” to carry out on-site debugging, can the automatic meter reading rate of the metering terminal be improved, and can it carry out the work of disposing of the abnormal line loss in the same period with high efficiency and quality, contribute to the achievement of management objectives.
