摘要: 幼儿期是养成良好习惯的关键时期，家长作为孩子的第一任老师，其一言一行都会影响孩子的一生。为此，家长对幼儿开展劳动教育至关重要。它促进身心健康发展，培养生活技能与自理能力；激发创新思维，塑造勤劳品质；同时，增强家庭责任感，深化亲子关系。通过劳动，孩子们在成长中学会担当与奉献，为未来的全面发展奠定坚实基础。文章将以此为背景，通过为家长提供提升幼儿劳动意识的策略及建议，鼓励家长为幼儿创造良好的劳动氛围，帮助他们树立正确的劳动观，同时激发幼儿自主参与劳动的意愿，以促进幼儿的全面发展。

Abstract: Early childhood is a critical period for cultivating good habits. As the first teacher of their children, parents’ every word and action will affect their children’s entire lives. Therefore, it is of vital importance for parents to carry out labor education for young children. It promotes their physical and mental health, cultivates life skills and self-care abilities, stimulates innovative thinking, shapes diligent characters, and simultaneously enhances their sense of family responsibility and deepens parent-child relationships. Through labor, children learn to take responsibility and make contributions during their growth, laying a solid foundation for their comprehensive development in the future. This article will take this as the background, and through providing parents with strategic suggestions to enhance their children’s awareness of labor, we encourage parents to create a good labor atmosphere for their children, help them establish a correct view of labor, and stimulate their willingness to participate in labor independently, in order to promote the all-round development of their children.
