摘要: 文章以“互联网+”为背景，深度解读了网络虚拟财产的定义，并从“物权”、“知识产权”及“债权”三个脉络，深化了对网络虚拟财产法律性质的揭析。与此同时，文章强调了根据以上三种法律性质，网络虚拟财产民法保护的可能性和存在的难题。当文章将网络虚拟财产视为“新式财产”，则进一步得出了实质性民法保护建议以供读者借鉴和学习。

Abstract: The article takes “Internet Plus” as the background, deeply interprets the definition of network virtual property, and deepens the analysis of the legal nature of network virtual property from the three contexts of “property rights”, “intellectual property rights” and “creditor’s rights”. At the same time, the article emphasizes the possibility and challenges of civil law protection for virtual property on the Internet based on the three legal properties mentioned above. When the article views virtual property on the internet as “modern property,” it further provides substantive civil law protection suggestions for readers to reference and learn.
