摘要: 随着人工智能的迅速发展，其创作物的法律地位引起了广泛关注。文章旨在探讨人工智能创作物著作权的法律认定及保护问题。当前，我国著作权法尚未明确规定非自然人创造物的保护范围，这给人工智能创作物的著作权保护带来了挑战。文章将分析人工智能创作物在法律上的地位，探讨其在实践中可能存在的法律问题，例如立法不完善、市场秩序不规范等。通过对这些问题的深入剖析，提出完善我国法律对人工智能创作物著作权保护的对策，包括完善相关法律法规、规范市场秩序等。对人工智能创作物著作权问题的系统分析和解决方案的提出，为促进我国人工智能产业的健康发展提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the legal status of its creations has attracted widespread attention. The article aims to discuss the legal recognition and protection of the copyright of artificial intelligence creations. Currently, China’s copyright law has not yet clearly stipulated the scope of protection for non-natural person creations, which brings challenges to the copyright protection of artificial intelligence creations. The article will analyze the status of AI creations in law and explore the legal problems that may exist in practice, such as imperfect legislation and unregulated market order. Through an in-depth analysis of these problems, it will put forward countermeasures to improve the copyright protection of artificial intelligence creations in China’s laws, including the improvement of relevant laws and regulations, and the standardization of market order. The systematic analysis of the copyright problems of artificial intelligence creations and the proposed solutions provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the healthy development of China’s artificial intelligence industry.
