摘要: 二维码作为一种便捷、低成本、安全、广泛的物联网接入方式,已经成为烟草行业应用前沿技术提升管理水平、加速产业融合、实现行业高质量发展的重要基础和手段。建设烟草行业二维码管控平台,开发“盒条件”关联管理系统,在企业部署和实施,是每个企业高质量发展的前提和支撑。YP11A在烟草工业企业中被大量使用已有20余年,如何在YP11A上部署“盒条件”关联管理系统,在完成关联的前提下保证箱装烟条品质,是目前工业企业的一大重点和难点。本文给出了一种YP11A封箱机“盒条件”关联的方法,第一工位盒条件关联机构能够准确的检测并剔除侧面二维码缺失或不清晰的烟条,检测烟条的到位情况并计量进入封箱机的烟条数量;第二工位盒条件关联机构检测装箱;第三工位盒条件关联机构进行烟箱条形码的检测,保证了装箱烟条的品质。
Abstract: QR codes, as a convenient, cost-effective, secure, and widely adopted Internet of Things access method, have become a crucial foundation and means for advancing management capabilities, accelerating industrial integration, and achieving high-quality development in the tobacco industry. The construction of a QR code control platform for the tobacco industry and the development of the “box strip piece” correlation management system are prerequisites and support for the high- quality development of each enterprise. YP11A has been widely used in the tobacco industry for over 20 years. Deploying the “box strip piece” correlation management system on YP11A, while ensuring the quality of boxed cigarettes, is a major focus and challenge for industrial enterprises. This paper presents a method for the “box strip piece” correlation on the YP11A cartoning machine. The first station of the “box strip piece” correlation mechanism accurately detects and rejects cigarettes with missing or unclear side QR codes, checks the positioning of cigarettes, and measures the quantity entering the cartoning machine. The second station of the “box strip piece” correlation mechanism checks the packing process, and the third station of the “box strip piece” correlation mechanism verifies the barcode of the cigarette box, ensuring the quality of boxed cigarettes.
