杜邦分析法的应用局限及改进研究——以SQ公司为例

Application Limitations and Improvement of DuPont Analysis—Taking SQ Company as an Example

摘要: 随着社会对企业可持续发展能力的关注度提高，财务报表分析的前瞻性日益凸显。杜邦分析法虽然是企业常用的一种财务报表分析方法，但也存在一定的改进空间。本文选取SQ公司为研究对象，利用传统杜邦分析法对其分析，说明该方法存在短视、忽视现金流的局限性。然后，尝试利用改进的杜邦分析法对其分析，证明改进的方法具有预测未来、划分经营与金融活动、重视现金流的优势，能够更好地反映企业的盈利状况，从而推动企业实现可持续发展的目标。

Abstract: With the increasing of social attention to the sustainable development ability of enterprises, the forward-looking analysis of financial statements has become increasingly prominent. Although DuPont analysis method is a commonly used financial statement analysis method in enterprises, there is also some room for improvement. This paper selects SQ Company as the research object and uses the traditional DuPont analysis method to show the limitations of being short-sighted and ignoring cash flow. Then, it tries to use the improved DuPont analysis method to prove that the improved method has the advantages of predicting the future, dividing business and financial activities, and paying attention to cash flow, which can better reflect the profitability of the enterprise, so as to promote the enterprise to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
