农村电商产业集群高质量发展路径研究——以山东省菏泽市曹县为例

Research on the Path of High-Quality Development of Rural E-Commerce Industry Cluster—Taking the Cao County, Heze City, Shandong Province as an Example

摘要: 随着农村电商的蓬勃发展，山东省菏泽市曹县农村电商产业集群面临重要的发展机遇。本研究采用SWOT分析，深入剖析了曹县在品牌建设、人才、物流以及农产品标准化和质量管理体系等方面的优劣势及面临的机遇与挑战。研究发现，曹县拥有独特的地域特色和资源优势，但也存在明显的短板。为抓住发展机遇，本研究提出了一系列针对性的高质量发展路径，旨在推动曹县农村电商产业集群克服劣势、发挥优势，实现持续健康发展。这不仅对曹县乡村振兴和县域经济具有重要意义，也为其他地区农村电商产业的发展提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract: With the booming development of rural e-commerce, the rural e-commerce industry cluster in Cao County, Heze City, Shandong Province, faces important development opportunities. This study adopts SWOT analysis to deeply analyse the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by Cao County in brand building, talents, logistics, and the standardization and quality management system of agricultural products. The study finds that Cao County has unique regional characteristics and resource advantages, but there are also obvious shortcomings. In order to seize the development opportunities, this study proposes a series of targeted high-quality development paths, aiming to promote Cao County’s rural e-commerce industry cluster to overcome its disadvantages, give full play to its advantages, and achieve sustainable and healthy development. This is not only of great significance to the rural revitalisation of Cao County and the county economy, but also provides a reference for the development of rural e-commerce industry in other regions.
