中小学课后延时服务背景下的班主任工作机制创新
Innovation of Class Teacher’s Work Mechanism under the Background of After-School Delay Service in Primary and Secondary Schools
摘要: 课后延时服务作为一项协调学校,家庭和社会的重要政策,在教育培养方面发挥着重要作用。而班主任作为学校班级教育工作的组织者和领导者,与课后延时服务密不可分。随着课后延时服务带来的优势与弊端,要深入挖掘中小学课后延时服务的内涵与意义,剖析当前中小学课后延时服务存在的问题,在教学过程中不断更新班主任工作机制,完善班主任工作程序,提高班主任工作效能。因此,推进课后延时服务提质增效,促进学生全面发展成为当前班主任工作重点关注的领域。
Abstract:
As an important policy to coordinate school, family and society, after-school delay service plays an important role in education and training. The head teacher, as the organizer and leader of class education, is closely related to after-school delay service. With the advantages and disadvantages brought by after-school delay service, it is necessary to dig deeply into the connotation and significance of after-school delay service in primary and secondary schools, analyze the problems existing in the current after-school delay service, and constantly update the working mechanism of class teachers in the teaching process, improve the working procedures of class teachers, and improve the work efficiency of class teachers. Therefore, promoting after-school delay service to improve the quality and efficiency and promoting students’ all-round development has become the focus of the current class teacher’s work.
