摘要: 本文综述了5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗在女性外阴硬化性苔藓(VLS)中的应用价值。VLS是一种慢性进展性炎症性皮肤黏膜疾病,常伴有严重的瘙痒或疼痛,同时存在着潜在的外阴结构破坏和继发恶性肿瘤的风险。传统治疗常采用外用糖皮质激素,但部分患者对其无效或不能耐受。近年来的研究表明,光动力治疗在VLS中显示出一定的疗效。本文综述了光动力治疗在VLS治疗中的研究结果,评价了其具体有效性和安全性,并总结了具体治疗参数,以供临床实践参考。
Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive review of the application value of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) in women. VLS is a chronic progressive inflammatory skin mucosal disease that often presents with severe itching or pain, and carries a potential risk of vulvar structural damage and secondary malignant tumors. Traditional treatments typically involve topical corticosteroids, but some patients may exhibit ineffectiveness or intolerance to this approach. Recent research has indicated that photodynamic therapy demonstrates certain efficacy in the treatment of VLS. This review summarizes the research findings on photodynamic therapy for VLS treatment, evaluates its specific effectiveness and safety, and outlines specific treatment parameters for clinical reference.
