腰舒脊宁汤联合针灸特定穴位治疗产后腰痹痛显效个案分析

A Case Study on the Efficacy of Yao Shujining Tang Combined with Acupuncture at Specific Acupoints for the Treatment of Postpartum Lumbago

摘要: 目的：论述腰舒脊宁汤联合针灸特定穴位治疗产后腰痹痛个案的思路。方法：本院于11月9日~11月23日收治1例产后腰痹痛患者，给予腰舒脊宁汤结合针灸特定穴位治疗并随访3个月。结果：在产后腰痹痛的治疗中，予以腰舒脊宁汤结合针灸特定穴位治疗，可有效改善产后腰痹痛的症状，疗效好，值得借鉴。结论：腰舒脊宁汤联合针灸特定穴位治疗产后腰痹痛患者可提高治疗总有效率。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the Yao Shujining Tang combined with acupuncture at specific points to treat a case of postpartum lumbago. Methods: One case of postpartum lumbago was treated in our hospital from November 9 to November 23. The patient was treated with Yao Shujining Tang combined with acupuncture at specific acupoints and followed up for 3 months. Results: In the treatment of postpartum lumbago, Yao Shujining Tang combined with acupuncture at specific acupoints can effectively improve the symptoms of postpartum lumbago, and the good effect is worth learning. Conclusion: Yao Shujining Tang combined with acupuncture at specific acupoints can improve the total effective rate in the treatment of postpartum lumbago.
