价值共创理论视角下数智文娱型企业的生态系统构建之路——基于顺网科技的案例分析
The Way to Construct the Ecosystem of Digital Entertainment Enterprises from the Perspective of Value Co-Creation Theory—Based on the Case Study of Shunwang Technology
摘要: 随着数字经济发展规模不断扩大,文娱产业类企业需携手共进,深化利益联结机制进行价值共创以应对资源约束。本文从资源依赖理论出发,探究杭州顺网科技股份有限公司如何破除资源依赖,构建数智文娱生态系统,实现价值共创。研究表明:顺网在渐进型创新发展阶段基于产品主导逻辑,主攻网吧智能管理方向,直击行业痛点,基于价值链打造封闭式协同创新平台,实现产品升级与市场延伸;而后在适度型创新阶段基于服务主导逻辑,联结利益相关者,将供应链平台升级为开放式平台,共创“使用价值”;在根本型创新阶段基于顾客主导逻辑,整合业务,构建泛娱乐生态闭环,激发顾客的主导能力实现价值共创。
Abstract:
With the expanding scale of digital economy development, enterprises in the entertainment industry need to work together and deepen the interest linkage mechanism for value co-creation to cope with resource constraints. Starting from the theory of resource dependence, this paper explores how Hangzhou Shunwang Technology Co., Ltd. breaks the resource dependence, builds a digital entertainment ecosystem, and realises value co-creation. The study shows that Shunwang focuses on the direction of intelligent management of Internet cafes based on the goods-dominant logic in the progressive innovation development stage, hits the pain points of the industry, and builds a closed collaborative innovation platform based on the value chain to achieve the product upgrading and market extension; then in the moderate innovation stage based on the service- dominant logic, connects the stakeholders, upgrades the supply chain platform to an open platform, and creates the value of use; and in the fundamental innovation stage based on the customer-dominant logic, we integrate our business, build a closed loop pan-entertainment ecosystem, and stimulate the customer’s dominant ability to achieve value co-creation.
