数字普惠金融支持农村三产融合的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Digital Inclusive Finance Supporting the Integration of Rural Three Industries

摘要: 数字乡村建设稳步发展，为数字普惠金融在“三农”领域的发展创造了良好的环境，而数字普惠金融则为农村三产融合提供持续的资金供给与服务，缓解了农村产业发展中的流动性短缺问题，推动了农村信用体系建设。然而农村互联网基础设施建设不完善、新的风险规避手段滞后、发展存在地区差异等问题制约了数字普惠金融在三产融合中作用的发挥。在梳理农村数字普惠金融发展现状的基础上针对问题提出相应的政策建议，以期为农村农业现代化体系的建设提供有益路径。

Abstract: The steady development of digital rural construction has created a favorable environment for the development of digital inclusive finance in the field of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. Digital inclusive finance provides continuous funding supply and services for the integration of rural industries, alleviates the problem of liquidity shortage in rural industrial development, and promotes the construction of rural credit system. However, the imperfect construction of rural Internet infrastructure, the lag of new risk aversion means, and regional differences in development restrict the role of digital inclusive finance in the integration of three industries. Based on the analysis of the current development status of digital inclusive finance in rural areas, corresponding policy recommendations are proposed to address the issues, in order to provide a beneficial path for the construction of a modern rural agricultural system.
