摘要: 近年来，在我国政府的积极倡导下，越来越多的国企和民企纷纷响应号召，参与到混改的潮流中，国有企业纷纷探索包括混改在内的各种形式的改革。本文从国有企业自身的角度出发，通过综合评价国有企业的混改效果，对改善公司治理水平、提升经营绩效有一定的实践指导意义。同时，本文研究了国有企业混改的动机和实际效果，可以帮助增强国有企业的抗风险能力，从其混合所有制改革中提取可借鉴的经验，为其他存在类似问题的国企提供参考价值与借鉴意义。

Abstract: In recent years, the Chinese government has actively promoted mixed ownership reform, and many state-owned and private enterprises have responded to the call and participated in the trend of mixed ownership reform. State owned enterprises have explored various forms of reform, including mixed ownership reform. This article starts from the perspective of state-owned enterprises themselves, and through comprehensive evaluation of the mixed ownership reform effect of state-owned enterprises, it has certain practical guidance significance for improving corporate governance level and enhancing business performance. At the same time, this article studies the motives and actual effects of mixed ownership reform in state-owned enterprises, which can help enhance their risk resistance ability, extract valuable experiences from their mixed ownership reform, and provide reference value and significance for other state-owned enterprises with similar problems.
