业务电子档案自动归档方法的应用研究
Research on the Application of Automatic Archiving Method for Business Electronic Archives
摘要: 本文针对当前业务电子档案在归档过程中存在的无法自动归档问题,通过识别待归档文件相关要素,并根据相关归档标准,对电子档案进行自动比对,找出待归档文档问题并予以优化和反馈。该方式能提升业务电子档案的归档效率和准确性。此外,根据信息技术发展趋势,本文对电子档案自动化归档的优化进行了展望,以期能够为电子档案自动归档工作提供一定的参考与借鉴。
Abstract:
This article addresses the issue of automatic archiving of electronic records in the current business process. By identifying the relevant elements of the documents to be archived, and according to relevant archiving standards, electronic records are automatically compared to identify and optimize the problems in the documents to be archived, and feedback is provided. This method can improve the archiving efficiency and accuracy of business electronic records. In addition, based on the development trend of information technology, this article looks forward to the optimization of electronic archive automation archiving, in order to provide certain reference and inspiration for the work of automatic archiving of electronic archives.
