摘要: 随着电子商务平台的快速发展，知识产权保护问题日益凸显。如何在保障快速便捷交易的情况下，有效保护知识产权成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文从电子商务平台知识产权纠纷现状入手，分析电子商务平台知识产权保护中存在的问题，探讨完善电子商务平台知识产权保护的对策，优化电子商务平台知识产权保护的法律保障机制，以期推动其健康有序的发展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce platforms, the problem of intellectual property protection is increasingly prominent. How to effectively protect intellectual property rights in the case of ensuring fast and convenient transactions has become an urgent need to solve. This article starts with the current situation of intellectual property disputes on e-commerce platforms, analyzes the problems existing in the protection of intellectual property rights in the e-commerce platform, discusses countermeasures to improve the protection of intellectual property protection of the e-commerce platform, and optimize the legal protection mechanism of intellectual property protection of e-commerce platforms, so as to promote its health and orderly development.
