Abstract: The protection of the right to privacy in the digital era is facing many challenges and opportunities. The rapid development of technology has made personal information more vulnerable to intrusion, cross-border data flows and cyber security issues are increasingly complex. However, these challenges also present new opportunities for privacy protection, including strengthening the legal framework, improving regulatory mechanisms and promoting international cooperation. Therefore, strengthening the protection of the right to privacy within the legal framework is of the utmost importance and requires the formulation of stricter laws and regulations, the strengthening of law enforcement supervision and the active exploration of new models and technical means of protection, in order to promote the right to privacy and social development of the benign interaction.
