摘要: 元宇宙是整合各项新型数字化技术的统摄性系统，“元宇宙+”是继“互联网+”后的新一轮信息化发展新业态，会推动经济社会的优化升级与全新发展。电子商务是连接消费信息化与产业信息化的纽带，电子商务具有庞大的消费基础与坚实的数字化条件，电子商务与元宇宙的结合是最容易实现、也是最能爆发创新与产生竞争力的领域。但与此同时也产生诸多知识产权纠纷问题，损害了国民的合法权益。因此，要结合元宇宙特点，完善电子商务中的知识产权保障机制，完善知识产权主体、客体和内容及交易与利用制度，加强监管和法律保护，从而更好地发挥电子商务在国民生活中的作用，促进电子商务行业可持续发展。

Abstract: Metaverse is a controlling system that integrates various new digital technologies, and “meta-universe+” is a new round of information development after “Internet+”, which will promote the optimization and upgrading of economic and social development. E-commerce is the link between consumer information and industrial information, e-commerce has a huge consumption foundation and solid digital conditions, the combination of e-commerce and the metaverse is the easiest to achieve, but also the most explosive innovation and competitiveness of the field. But at the same time, there are many intellectual property rights disputes, which damage the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the metaverse, improve the protection mechanism of intellectual property rights in e-commerce, improve the subject, object and content of intellectual property rights and the transaction and utilization system, strengthen supervision and legal protection, so as to better play the role of e-commerce in national life and promote the sustainable development of e-commerce industry.
