新质生产力赋能贵州农村电商自提点发展研究
Research on the Development of New Quality Productivity Empowering Self-Pickup Points of Rural E-Commerce in Guizhou
摘要: 2024年的中央一号文件明确要求,要健全县乡村物流配送体系,实施农村电商高质量发展工程。通过对贵州农村电商自提点的发展现状进行分析,发现自提点开设后为贵州农村形成新型农村物流链、打造多方互惠共赢局面、推进农村冷链物流发展、缩小城镇与乡村间差距等方面做出重大贡献。但同时也面临物流建设不完善、农产品上行呈弱势、自提点规划不合理、电商专业人才缺乏的发展困境,需要新质生产力赋能农村电商自提点,通过推动物流建设、农产品上行、自提点规划、人才培育等对应措施探索其优化路径,实现农村电商自提点的高质量发展,助力乡村全面振兴。
Abstract:
The no. 1 central document in 2024 clearly requires that the county and rural logistics and distribution system should be improved, and the high-quality development project of rural e-commerce should be implemented. Through the analysis of the development status of Guizhou rural e-commerce self-pick-up points, it is found that the opening of self-pick-up points has made significant contributions to the formation of a new rural logistics chain in Guizhou, creating a multi-benefit and win-win situation, promoting the development of rural cold chain logistics, and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. But also face imperfect logistics construction, weak agricultural products, unreasonable planning of self-pickup points, and lack of e-commerce professionals. It is necessary to empower rural e-commerce self-pickup points with new quality productivity. By promoting logistics construction, agricultural products uplink, self-pickup point planning, talent cultivation and other corresponding measures, it is necessary to explore its optimization path and achieve high-quality development of rural e-commerce self-pickup points. We will contribute to the all-round revitalization of rural areas.
