青少年线上体像比较对社交焦虑的影响：体像烦恼的中介作用

摘要: 目的：探讨线上体像比较、青少年社交焦虑和体像烦恼的关系以及体像烦恼在其中的中介作用，进而为青少年缓解社交焦虑和减轻体像烦恼提供依据。方法：采用体像比较量表、社交焦虑量表和青少年学生体像烦恼现状调查表对天津市3所高中的420名学生进行调查。结果：线上体像比较与社交焦虑呈显著正相关关系，与体像烦恼呈显著负相关关系，体像烦恼与社交焦虑之间呈显著负相关关系；体像烦恼在线上体像比较对社交焦虑的影响中起部分中介作用。结论：青少年线上体像比较既可直接影响其社交焦虑水平，也可通过体像烦恼的中介作用间接影响其社交焦虑水平。
Abstract: Objective: In order to explore the current situation and relationship between online body image comparison, adolescent social anxiety and body image worry, and the mediating role of body image worry in it, and then to provide a basis for adolescents to alleviate social anxiety and reduce body image worry. Methods: The Body Image Comparison Scale, the Social Anxiety Scale, and the Questionnaire on the Current Situation of Body Image Worries among Adolescent Students were used to investigate 420 students from three high schools in Tianjin. Results: Online body image comparison showed a significant positive correlation with social anxiety and a significant negative correlation with body image worry, and there was a significant negative correlation between body image worry and social anxiety; body image worry played a partial mediating role in the effect of online body image comparison on social anxiety. Conclusion: Adolescents’ online body image comparisons can affect their social anxiety levels both directly and indirectly through the mediating role of body image worries.
